Seventh grade students used pencil to draw simplified versions of flowers, then used tempera cakes to fill them in with bright colors. When paint was dry, they added some black glue to outline their flowers and colors. I am so impressed with the way these came out! (I just made the black glue myself with Elmers mixed with black tempera paint.)
